Refund policy

We want you to love your Mathoo Care experience! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
